Meet Tania Caudill, Project Architect at our Dallas office.

Tania comes from a long line of architects and engineers and has always been aware of her love of architecture since a very young age. She used to build additions for her Barbie’s houses and was always renovating their homes or turning her doll houses upside down to gain a new perspective. Because of this incredible awareness of her love of architecture at such a young age, Tania was able to take various courses during high school that allowed her a head start on her career as an architect.

Tania Caudill
"Time is going to pass by whether you decide to do something with it or not. People told me ten years was to long to pursue my dream of being an architect, but my passion for architecture guided me every step of the way!"

Tania loves being actively involved in the community and has had the opportunity to participate in both Leadership ISD and A4LE, two organizations at the forefront of advancing educational excellence.

During Tania’s time at Glenn|Partners, she has been working with both Patrick Glenn and Greg Estes in leading the work at Richardson ISD. Where she has been able to use her expertise to effectively communicate the design solutions effectively throughout the construction documents.
