Glenn Partners Office

Located in one of Dallas’ marquee mid-rise buildings, the new office of Glenn|Partners is open, bright and unconfined. Built in 1955 with unprecedented architectural design acclaim and recognition, the Meadows Building is an mid-century modern gem and is considered an architectural landmark among many design critics throughout the city of Dallas. Originally built to accommodate the oil and gas industry and planned to serve small businesses, the Meadows Building has attracted small to medium design firms throughout the last 65 years due to it’s modest presence, modern design, simplicity of material and abundance natural lighting along it’s northern and southern facades.

The offices of Glenn|Partners is located at the west end of the fourth floor spanning the entire floor plate providing unfiltered natural light and amazing views of the open courtyard and sights of east Dallas. Upon entry, visitors are greeted with the firm’s signature company color and brand along with a sleek and inviting reception desk. To maximize daylight, views and flexibility along the northern and southern edges, the firm’s shared program areas are located in the center of the office spine creating two flanking design studios; one to the north and one to the south. Shared and collaborative spaces include an open presentation | work amenity area, a large and flexible conference room with touch screen technology, a medium conference room and two small huddle conference rooms to accommodate small teams of 3-4 people A multi-purpose Design Library anchors the office plan with indirect north daylighting to facilitate material and color section. Both north and south design studios are equipped with flexible and collaborative furnishings and can accommodate 16 professionals for a total office capacity of 32. Workstations include ergonomic sit-stand desks, dual monitor arms and personal storage towers providing a comfortable, flexible and sustainable working environment.
