Holy Family Catholic Academy, located in Irving, Texas at intersection of Esters Road and Rainier Street is a small pre-kindergarten through 8th grade catholic school campus focused on the education and ministry of the parish developing student’s love for God, learning and others.

After a successful campus master planning effort, the new HFCA Connector Building will fill a void in the existing campus by connecting Cabrini Hall with the Family Life Center. The connector building’s first floor consists of a library, language arts, science, music, and art labs featuring ample outdoor learning space. These spaces will serve the entire PK3-8 student body.

The first floor also includes a storm shelter consisting of a meeting room / book storage, teacher’s lounge and restrooms. The second floor includes six core classrooms for 6th through 8th grades and a teacher’s work area with private office and conference room These spaces will also be shared by the Parish Ministries for Sunday school and community meetings.

Blending the existing architecture while establishing an updated and fresh identity for the school was a major objective for the growing campus. The new Connector Building shapes a gathering space and butterfly garden at the heart of campus, both securing the campus and offering a place to sit, breathe, and reflect on life, education, and the catholic faith.
