The new $85.0M Administration Building | Annex and Maintenance addition and renovation project consolidates many of the district’s leadership and administrative functions in one central location. The expansive 127,900sf new Administration Building provides new office, collaborative, training and dining spaces along with ample room for future growth that will house the district administration and curriculum leaders. The renovated facility will also provide a re-imagined School Board Room with many of the modern amenities seen in today’s collaborative work places. The design is open, transparent and filled with natural daylight encouraging collaboration. The materials are rich in texture and color modeling a western-mod aesthetic. The renovated Annex and Maintenance Building, connected to the main Administration Building with an open and inviting plaza, will house the district’s Facilities group along with the District’s Maintenance Departments including Carpentry, HVAC and Electrical
