EDUCATION | LICENSURE
  • Professional Degree in Architecture.
EXPERIENCE
  • 2-6 Years
  • Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D visualization software.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and theory. High level of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem solving.
  • Strong sketching, graphic, and computer skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
DESIGN
  • Applies intermediate elements and principles of design.
  • Understands overall project goals, constraints and client values.
  • Works in tandem with Director of Design evaluating project requirements.
  • Understands scope, construction budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Creates SD presentation, drawings, models, and narratives.
TECHNICAL
  • Knowledge of intermediate building materials, constructability, costs, and codes.
  • Works with consultants.
  • Evaluates design alternatives based on site and code requirements.

Responsible for design, planning, development and execution of design documentation including reviewing city codes, consultant coordination, organizing and coordinating project team assignments. Project Architect shall exercise guided judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solves problems when encountered, and receives guidance on complex projects.
EDUCATION | LICENSURE

EXPERIENCE
  • 4-12 Years

  • Experience in all phases of design process. Familiar with building codes, specifications, and building systems.

DESIGN

  • Demonstrates intermediate understanding of design practice methods.
  • Ability to create preliminary design studies and options.
  • Works with designers to coordinate SD, DD, and CDs.
  • Works with Director of Design to execute design goals through DD and CD implementation.
  • May research intermediate building systems in support of overall design.
TECHNICAL
  • Prepares CDs, plans and details; creates red-line revisions.
  • Implements code, accessibility and zoning analysis.
  • Prepares mock-ups of drawing packages.
  • Coordinates specifications and manages project deliverables.
  • Creates and develops CDs in all capacities with minimal supervision.

Provides assistance throughout the design process which may include basic design plans, construction contract documents, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans and schedules.

  • Professional degree in Interior Design.
  • Professional registration preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE
  • 0-6 Years
  • Proficiency in Revit, graphic design, and 3D visualization software.
  • Intermediate understanding of design principles and theory, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
