EDUCATION | LICENSURE

EXPERIENCE

DESIGN

The Project Manager operates as the primary contact for all communication between the client and Glenn Partners, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns and management of business issues including contracts and additional services. Manages multiple small | medium projects (or one large project), coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small to midsize projects.
EDUCATION | LICENSURE
  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect.
EXPERIENCE
  • Proficiency in Revit and interpreting/reviewing CAD.
  • Experience mentoring staff through all phases of the project.

design technology and IT manager

The Digital Technology and IT Manager leads the firm’s digital strategy at the intersection of design technology, production tools, and information systems. This role will provide basic local on-site IT assistance to the staff while working alongside the firm’s remote IT company for more complicated items. This role will also focus on researching, promoting, and implementing digital applications that supports and enhances design excellence, operational efficiency, and innovation across all project phases.

This new position will require a strategic self-starter who exhibits soft skills, relationship building and technical expertise to confidently drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital design standards, workflows, and infrastructure that advance the firm’s practice. Working closely with firm leadership, project teams, and consultants, this position bridges the gap between architectural design technology and daily IT operations.

EXPERIENCE
  • Professional experience in architecture, engineering, or design is preferred, with a strong background in BIM and digital workflows.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360 / ACC, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Experience with laptop deployment, configuration, and basic IT troubleshooting, including hardware setup, software installation, and license management.
  • Ability to develop, implement and support tools, templates, and workflows to enhance the project delivery process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Technology Leadership
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of digital tools including Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Bluebeam, and other BIM/CAD platforms.
  • Manage implementation and support of design collaboration platforms such as design authoring tools in a virtual environment and AEC cloud-based products (BIM 360 Design, Docs, Coordinate and Build as well as New Forma)
  • Develop and maintain digital standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Provide training, technical support, and mentorship to staff to enhance digital literacy and software proficiency.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies that improve design, visualization, and documentation workflows.
